Glad to hear you're beginning to get back into it, won't take you long to get back to form.

As for me - as you may have gathered from my FB comments, I have failed to go running for quite some time now- the local options just don't give me any motivation because I don't enjoy them...however...I'm thinking of going exploring a bit further afield to find some nice longer routes to do on my non-climbing days. With winter approaching I need to get my CV fitness ramped up before I start heading for the snow in the mountains!

Oh, and I've just read your 101 things in 1001 days project thing and feel massively inspired to create something similar for myself - documenting goals can be a great way of generating the motivation needed to get out there and start doing them! (By the way, how come there are only 70 things on that list? Thought there were going to be 101...)
